Privacy Policy

• The only personal information we ask for is a parent's or teacher's email address, and a first name if you choose to give one.
• A child's answers in our online skills checks and score tools stay on your device. They are never sent to us.
• This site has no advertising trackers, no analytics and no cookies.
• We send tips and news only if you ticked the box asking for them. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.
• We do not sell your information.

TestPrepLoom is operated by PFrocket LLC, 5900 Balcones Dr, Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731, United States. You can reach us at support@testpreploom.com or by replying to any email we have sent you.

When you ask for a book bonus or a free resource: your email address, your first name if you enter it, which book or resource you asked for, and when you confirmed your address. We use this to email you the files you asked for and to send them again if you ask.

When you unlock the free samples: your email address and your first name if you enter it. We store them on our contact list and unlock the sample questions in your browser.

When you tick the newsletter box: we also record that you agreed, when, and on which page. Only then do we send occasional FAST tips and news about TestPrepLoom workbooks. Leaving the box empty does not subscribe you: you get what you asked for and no tips or news. If you subscribed earlier, that continues until you unsubscribe.

When we email you: our email service records whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked. We use this to check that deliveries work and to stop writing to addresses that no longer work.

When you visit the site: our hosting provider processes technical request data such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. Our sign-up forms also use the IP address, held temporarily in memory and never saved to our contact list, to limit repeated sign-up attempts. We do not build visitor profiles.

If you buy a digital product on this site: payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We do receive your email address and a record of what you bought, so that we can deliver it.

Our online skills checks and score tools run entirely in your browser. The questions your child answers, the answers, and the results are not sent to our servers and we cannot see them.

Your browser may store two small items locally so the site works: the contents of your shopping cart, and a note that you have unlocked the free samples. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings. Cart contents are sent to us and to Stripe only when you check out.

TestPrepLoom is written for parents and teachers. Sign-up forms are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us an email address, write to us and we will delete it.

We share information only with the services that help us run TestPrepLoom, and only so they can do that job:

• Brevo, which stores our contact list and sends our emails.
• Netlify, which hosts this website.
• Stripe, which processes payments for digital products.
• Google, which stores the download files linked in our emails (Google Drive) and receives your message if you reply to one of our emails (Gmail).

These providers may process information in the United States and the European Union. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We do not track you across other websites, and we do not let other parties collect information about your activity on this site over time. Because of that, the site does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Links to Amazon take you to Amazon's own site, where Amazon's privacy notice applies.

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep the address on a do-not-email list so that we do not write to you again by mistake.

• Unsubscribe: use the link at the bottom of any tips or news email, or reply to any email from us and ask to be removed.
• See, correct or delete your information: email support@testpreploom.com from the address concerned. We will act on your request within 30 days.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
